After admission: visa, housing and day one

Verify the admission package

Name, passport, program, dates and campus on the admission letter must match the application. Check the visa document before booking a consular appointment.

Do not buy a rigid ticket too early

Visa timing can move. Confirm travel only after the full package and campus registration date are available.

The first 72 hours

Prepare the campus address in Chinese, an accountable contact, payment access and backup connectivity. Follow the arrival checklist for registration and medicals.
